    *International Customers are responsible for return shipping and need to only complete Step 1 for Returns & Steps 1 & 3 for Exchanges. 

    *Returns & Exchanges received with no return form will automatically be issued a store credit. Rejected Returns (not previously approved worn items) will be charged a $5.00 Return Shipping Fee to send worn item(s) back. We love you, however, we weren't born yesterday. And we can smell a worn item a mile away... The only worn items eligible for an exchange are those previously approved. No refunds will be granted on any worn items no matter where the fault lies. Please inspect your goods carefully before wearing :) We will however replace or repair damaged goods at no additional charge. Unclaimed orders and/or orders returned for address problems, moving, etc are subject to a 15% restocking fee + cost of shipping.

    *Once we receive your return, we check for the following before a refund or exchange is issued:

     Soiled or Worn Pant Leg Bottoms | Deodorant Stains | Foreign Odors | Soiled Crotch Areas, Altered or Cut Merchandise | Perfume Smells or Scents From Being Worn, Laundered, or Dry-Cleaned | Pet Hair | Dirty Bottoms | Pilled Fabric on Inner Thigh of Pants | Mistreated Merchandise | Deliberate Damage | Malicious Intent |   

    Exchanges for unworn merchandise will be accepted within 21 days of receipt of merchandise.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges ($5 - US Only) unless fault lies with Cute Booty Lounge and specified at the time of return. We must receive your returned goods within 10 business days (21 business days for international orders). 

    Refunds for unworn merchandise will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless fault lies with Cute Booty Lounge and specified at the time of return. We must receive your returned goods within 7 business days (21 calendar days for international orders). If we do not receive your return in a timely manner, you will be issued a store credit which will never expire. 

    Damages + Defects  If there is an issue regarding damaged or defective goods, please call us immediately. A replacement, exchange, or store credit will be offered in the event that an item you received was damaged or defective in any way. You MUST contact us within 3 days of receipt to initiate a claim. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt. Defective items must be unworn & returned to us to initiate your claim. Cute Booty Lounge assumes shipping responsibility on all damaged or defective items. Damaged and defective merchandise resolutions will only be considered on unwashed and unworn goods.

    Please be aware that smartphone screens, tablet screens, and computer screens do not always depict colors exactly as they will appear in real life. 

    Pockets + Grommets  Our pockets & grommets are guaranteed for 6 months after receipt of merchandise. Should you have an issue with loose grommets or pockets coming undone, we will repair them at no charge. Customer pays for return shipping. Once your item has been repaired,  Cute Booty Lounge will pay for USPS first class shipping back. Please allow 2-4 weeks for repairs. Cute Booty Lounge will consume full responsibility of any damages occurring within 30 days of receiving your order in which case, shipping charges will be covered by us :)

    Lost + Stolen Items  We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, or merchandise damaged in transit. If something goes wrong with the delivery of your return, a claim with the shipping company must be made by you and reimbursement must be paid by them.

    After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.

    Partial Shipments: Only available in the US. If you order items with different ship dates your order will ship once all items are complete

    Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories

    We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories.  Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.
